NSW: Inmates evacuated in NSW after fight breaks out
Police have evacuated up to 30 inmates from a correction centre in northern New South
Wales after a fight broke out among them.
Police say they were called to the Grafton juvenile correction centre late this afternoon,
after reports of unruly behaviour.
Police say staff holed themselves up in their offices during the trouble.
After negotiating with the detainees, they were removed from the centre in the evening
to the Grafton police station.
Police say several inmates are being questioned.
