NSW: Police pelted with bottles during brawl
SYDNEY, Aug 1 AAP - Sydney police trying to break up a brawl at a 200-strong party in
Sydney's West last night were pelted with bottles and forced to call in back-up.
Authorities were called to a premises in Westmead about 10pm to find a large brawl had
erupted after a man was assaulted with a bottle.
Some in the Ralph Street crowd hurled bottles at police who called in back-up.
Nobody has been arrested, but police had later spoken to three men at Westmead Rail Station
and enquiries were continuing.
